Floral Skirt

This is one of my favorite skirts and I posted a look wearing it a few months ago. It’s a super different piece! In addition to having a print that I love, floral, it has a beautiful shape, with volume and pockets just the way I like. And there’s more: it’s leather and the print appears in a 3D effect that is so incredible and unique.

So you can be sure that this piece will appear on look du jour many other times. I looked at the Farfetch website but I did not find the link for it, but the brand is House of Holland, if anyone out there also falls in love and wants to search!

This time I chose a white blouse from the Pop Up Store to wear with it. With a lightweight fabric, high neck and longer sleeves, this blouse is super delicate and romantic.

Accessories with the basic, mini white bag, glasses also white from ZeroUV and the final touch is the red shoes from Haute & Rebellious, another old piece that I love! How about this girly chic look?

Sweater weather! I love that it’s autumn and I can wear sweater and my favorite are the oversized ones, warm and comfortable sweaters. This type of piece is great to wear with mini skirt and boots as in today’s look or with skinny  pants. This time I went for the mini skirt + over knee.

Getting back to the sweater, how could you not love this combination of black and white stripes + red heart? That’s so me! I wore it one more time with a shirt underneath, I have already commented here that I love this layers. I added a black ribbon on my shirt, because I love those little bow ties.

With the red in the sweater I also wore a skirt and hat in the same color. You know I love to coordinate everything like that right? Even the lipstick are red!

The over knee is from Carrano, from an old collections, but it is still my favorite because it has no heels and is tight in the legs. Finally, I decided for the cat bag to make the look even sweeter. The final result is pure love! <3

The inspiration for today’s outfit comes all from this gorgeous top. Yes, starting from this sweater I imagined all the other elements and what could be a simple sweater was the inspiration of a whole look. The color chart is one of my favorites: red, navy blue and white. I love the details of stripes on the collar and cuffs of that As Marias‘s blouse.

I kept the color chart for the choice of the other pieces. I wore the white skirt that makes the striped details even more nice and the simple detail of a black belt made everything more harmonic. Notice how the skirt with the belt somehow mimics the details on the cuff of the blouse.

I completed it with accessories, because a jacket would hide this detail in the sleeves. I added some more red to the outfit. My classic hat gets a vibrant color! And Schutz‘s tote bag is even cuter with the detail of the little keyring, a fun touch that I love.

These shoes are another classic here on the look du jour, this model with Carel’s bow is the ideal choice for preppy looks like this. How about a red look with vibrant colors to start the week without laziness?

Sale da AMARO

I already gave you some nice tips here in the blog to enjoy the sale season and here goes another one: the AMARO sale!

Today’s outfit is there to prove that there is still a lot of good pieces to buy at the sale. I bet on the classics, timeless pieces that are worth buying with better prices and I’ll keep wearing them for a long long time.

The red lace skirt is my favorite piece. The color is simply beautiful, vibrant, and the lace is just great, which gives an incredible texture. It deserves to be the main piece of the outfit, right? That’s why I chose the other pieces in nude tones that make the look even more chic. The shirt I had already in white and I loved it so much that I also wanted the nude one.

I love the shoes with the knot detail, it’s so feminine. And I must say that I was surprised with the shoes, because even with the high heels I found it really comfortable. Too bad the sandal in the same model and color was already out of stock in my size.

Still about the accessories I wore a mini bag in nude with crocodile textured, the only piece that is not on sale, but I found it the perfect one to my look. And it’s beautiful, I confess that I found it even more beautiful on my hands than in the photos at the store, definetely a good choice!

Yesterday I wrote about the difficulty of finding a cool look to use in those summer days with high temperatures, so today I decided to post another look that fits perfectly the season. And it does not have anything better than a dress, light and fresh, right? Not surprisingly this one from Inspireland meets all requirements.

I confess that this plaid print, gingham, has been one of my favorites. It’s all about summer and reminds me of a walk in the park, a picnic, a cute and fun sensation. And the modeling of the dress helps a lot in this climate, with a oof the shoulder details, cute cuffs, very light and loose.

I chose to add a touch of color to the black and white look with the red accessories. My classic hat appears in the color version and the heels from Luiza Barcelos with a little knot is just perfect. The catbag makes the look even cuter, right?

I already told you that it was after I cut my hair that I fell in love with the midi skirts. Until then I had never really worn and liked a skirt with that length. It turns out that since then this passion only increases and I have loved experimenting with some variations of this model, colors and prints.

This red skirt is just beautiful! This gingham print is classic and with such a vibrant color the skirt is really irresistible. I noticed that so far my midi skirts are all like this, with large prints and strong colors.

I took the hot day to wear it with a white top and to have a more interesting look I chose one with lace up detail that I love, from Shoulder.

Accessories are the highlight of the look, this bag of straw with cherries is totally about summer, right? It’s adorable and funny, with the cherries in 3d. The shoes are from Carel and you have seen it here other times, it’s classic and very comfortable. Oh, I think this is the first time I wear a midi skirt with flat shoes. And you know what? I loved it!

Sometimes we wear a look that makes us want to repeat it every day.  Just like today’s look du jour with the kind of piece that I would easily wear day by day.

I could neve imagine that I would fall in love with midi skirts! I confess that this love is recent, more precisely since I cut my hair. I’ve tried a few models and I know what really works for me now when it comes to that lenght.

This red and white striped midi skirt from Zaful is like a dream come true. I love the print, stripes of course, the fabric, it’s like a neoprene, and the gorgeous shape. It looks amazing when you walk and I feel great wearing it.

I wore it with a simple tshirt french inspired. And also kept the red and white for the accessories. I chose a white sunglasses from ZeroUV, iclothing high heels and my classic red hat. Final touch with Pandora jewelry, speciallu my new earrings. You may have noticed that I rarely wear earring, but now I can finally say that I found the perfect one for me.

With this recent trend of slip dress with tshirt I was wondering to try some pieces overlays here! And I decided to try variations of this idea with the Sly red and white dress and a white classic shirt. I thought the result was also super cool and not as literal as the trend itself that have seen a lot out there.

The dress is the same I wore in the Olympic games with Coca-Cola (here you can see the full post!). The first time I wore it in a casual way, with shoes and denim shirt tied at the waist. Now with a white shirt underneath the look was more preppy and I chose the combination of red and white colors to compose the rest of the pieces. Amazing how the same basis – the Sly dress – inspired two very different looks.

The red coat is one of my findings at Brechó da Neide and helps to keep a nice silhouette. The Carel shoes is my love with these cute little bows. Since the inspiration was very preppy I added the red hat and white glasses from ZeroUV. All perfectly coordinated, just as I like.
